Ok, we can all see that errors were made, with track titles, track orders, author credits, but my god can we see past errors and look at the performances? Anyday by the derek trucks band was awesome, shows clapton clapping afterwards. Johnny Winter can still play at his age, bb king, robert cray... The list goes on. I love you people with the errors and the mistakes, who cares its a 20 dollar dvd set w/2 bonus tracks. Is the track listing error gonna really make you mistake the two tracks when you hear them? Here's a suggestion put the DVD in, watch it and then tell me you can honestly care about the errors. And lets not forget the purpose of the festival, to make people better who have made mistakes in their lives.

"As reported in www.whereseric.com, the Best Buy bonus disc does have "Things Get Better (Got To Get Better)" and "Why Does Love Got To Be So Sad." The Target bonus disc has "Cowboy Up" by Vince Gill and "Tear It Up" by Albert Lee and Vince Gill. Clever packaging. I have not yet seen any off the actual DVDs

I think I'll skip the Target Exclusive, not worth buying a second set just for those bonus tracks.

I did pick up the Best Buy version and noticed a possible careless error on the bonus DVD. As we all heard previously, the titled the GTGBIALW track as "Things Get Better (Got To Get Better)". Clearly they labeled the song with the wrong title. Also, if you notice on the bonus DVD (the actual disc itself), it gives the writing credits to "Steve Cropper / Eddie Floyd / Wayne Jackson)". I checked the writing credits for GTGBIALW on the EC - Crossroads boxed set and it lists EC as the writer. If true, how can they make not one, but two careless bonehead errors like that?

Hello Slowhanders;

I've just been reading EC's autobiography and I came across a passage that gave me a great idea for an addition to the setlist for the upcoming concerts in New York. One of the most compelling reasons that first attracted EC to Steve Winwood as a musician was his incredible rendering of Ray Charles' Georgia. I would just love to hear what these two fine musicians could do with a re-working of this absolute classic. In my view, this would fit in perfectly with EC's recent penchant for exploring musical possibilities that proved to be, for one reason or another, very elusive in his long and storied musical past (ie:making an album with BB King-reuniting with Cream and John Mayall etc...).

I am curious as to how Derek's guitar is in the mix because in the Internet
broadcast it was way low and hard to hear...especially on Tell the Truth.

Since my kids asked me what I want for Christmas and I told them I want the
CGF 07 DVD I will have to wait a month until I get to see it. ;-)

Happy Thanksgiving!

I noticed an error in the track list of the second disc. "Isn't It a Pity" actually follows "Little Queen of Spades." I thought briefly that it had been omitted.

Yes, I'm thinking of hiring an agent... My fifteen seconds of fame seem to be spread throughout the DVD. But I captured two screenshots and sent them to my family. In one, (located at www.slowhand.net/shutterbug.jpg and 19 minutes and 30 seconds into the second DVD), I am biting my lip while waiting for the moment when I can capture a perfect photograph. It is reminiscent of my Mom when she used to be the shutterbug of the family. And then, I spoiled the Norman Rockwell moment by sending a second screenshot (located at http://www.slowhand.net/rrhead.jpg and 1 hour 30 seconds into the first DVD) in which I proudly display the Robert Randolph Head On A Stick with Removable Hat.

It's the same error: Cropper/Floyd/Jackson were credited with writing
'Things Get Better' on the Delaney & Bonnie album On Tour with Eric Clapton.

Everyone have a great Thanksgiving,
