Jon,

      You'll get no indignant response from me, at least not directed at
you.  My indignant response is directed at Best Buy which is misleading
everyone out there that the only way to get the bonus tracks is to buy the
DVD online.  My thanks to the many "slowhanders" out there who were wise
enough to go directly to the store and get the DVD with bonus tracks and
share that info with the rest of us.  I just might take mine with the
packing slip and see if I can exchange them.  If I can do so, I will be more
than happy to share one copy with a friend from across the pond as I'll end
up with an extra.

      I too am a bit put off by the crass marketing exhibited by our
favorite guitarist's team.
