According to an AllState Agent, as long as you presently have insurance than
you will be able to get insurance in the state of Louisiana. However, if you
don't have insurance than you will not be given insurance. The insurance
companies are not writing new policies.
So if you plan on rebuilding or buying : keep your insurance.
