[StBernard] run around

Ok, I called the Sheriff's office and was told to call the St Bernard Parish
Government to get cars towed from the Gethsemane parking lot.
I called the number they gave me but no answer. I try again next week and
see where I end up.
I hope to be in the parish some day next week, and if there is a tow truck
with driver somewhere, I will ask to have them towed, happy to cover the
cost, yet I dont know where to tow them to. 
Maybe I can spraypaint them white, tow them to the curb, and ask the
national guard to pick up these supermodernized refrigerator white goods?
