Unfortunately I think you are right.

I checked the House web site with no news and Baker's DC office is closed
for the holidays.  I'm only getting an answering service in Baton Rouge at
the moment, but its 7AM so that's to be expected.

Heard this am  on TV from a chanel 6 newscaster in DC that it looks like the
Baker Bill didn't make it through this session and probably won't be voted
on until they meet in Feb.
