I got mine to consider the fact that 200 miles of storm and wind came well
ahaead of any storm surge and water. I explained that in any other state,
the fences generally go before the flooding because of wind anyway.

How did you get the adjuster to consider the fence at all? Mine says it was
below the water line therefore flood damage (as IF I still had a fence when
the water came....)
