In reply to mold and pest products:

I bought Sporicidin. It is kills AIDS, strep, staff, mold and mildew.
It is a biocide used in morgues and hospitals. It has a residual life
of about a year. Bleach has a life of 30 minutes. It can be bought from
Quality Wholesale which set up a tent on Judge Perez and Old Hickory.
Costs about $30 per gallon and you dilute it in a sprayer and spray the
wood after you pressure washed it. Don't wash it off.

I also bought Boracare. It kills termite, carpenter ants, fungus and
lasts 40 years! It costs about $125 per gallon and you dilute it one to
one with water and spray it. Do this right before you sheetrock the
walls. Don't wash it off.Use it in cracks in a slab, around water and
sewer pipes coming up the slab, and anywhere you might have termites
enter. It is not harmful to humans because it's basically a hybrid of
boric acid, so you shouldn't have roaches, either. Some people say if
it kills the fungus that rots wood, then it should also kill mold. You
really can get by doing only the exterior walls, if you don't want to
buy $800 worth.

You can google search both products on the internet for directions and
product info. and it is sold over the internet. Both are in short
supply locally, but Pest Stop on Severn near West Esplanade gets it in
by the truckload. Call them first because often they are sold out.
