Thanks for the info Jer. I have 3 complaints filed with Ldi and am waiting
for arbitration. La Fair Plans has photos of my house, letters, messages and
everything else I was advised to do. I still have heard nothing but the
original $3000 from February. My house is on the list for gutting it just
upsets me that people want to assume what is going on and judge their
neighbors harshly. This is the last thing STB needs; hatred and anger.
People need to work together, not rip each other apart.
