wait a minute folks maybe Mr Brown can help St Bernard, even though he
probably has zero creditability and is the  butt of national jokes.

Now that the "Texas Hammer" is supposedly out of the loop, all those
Republican politicians in Washington are probably hard up more money.

Maybe we should give Mr Brown the missing $31million, send him back to
Washington and buy us a couple of garbage trucks and shovels.
