being reestablished to take those calls as well.

Just reading the NOLA article about the gutting deadline and the requirement
to cut grass. 
Will there be a place (phone number, web site) to report neighboring
addresses who are letting grass grow yards high? I just wonder if one could
worry about those abandoned properties next to re-populated ones first, and
those on whole streets empty on a lower priority?
