I'll be honest and admit I really can't explain anything regarding "after"
Katrina, only the possible reasons for his position prior.  I also don't
really understand about the structure at Paris Rd. either.  But is the Corp
on board for that?  I thought they made comments against that idea.

AFTER THE STORM signed an agreement with the Port of New Orleans to keep the
MRGO open and how the agreement for a gated structure at Paris Rd. in that
agreement would be beneficial to St. Bernard?
