Good Grief, I never thot of being sued!  Guess maybe I should just take up 
making bedroom slippers.  No, no good.  someone may trip.  Well, carving 
soap stone should be safe.  hmmm. no, could drop it on their toe.  Well, 
I'll just have them sign a form, covering every conceivable 
possibility.  And in fine print that if they are dumb enough to use it on 
wet, oily, ice,waxed, wet waxed, or on any smooth or rough surface, they do 
so at their own risk.  There, that should almost cover it.  And maybe they 
could just put a medical clunky one over the top.   Then if they slip and 
fall I can counter sue for not using mine.  :-)
