If the top wheel is wobbling.. it may or may not be the bearing.

I would loosen the blade with the tensioning screw.. even take the blade
off the top wheel.

Then try to wiggle the blade, top to bottom and/or side to side.   Watch
the wheel in relation to not only the bearing but the boss/armature (axle)
that it is mounted on.  Does the axle wobble or does the wheel wobble on
the axle?  Some of the axles are merely like a bolt with no threads on the
axle end.. but thread into the mainframe of the saw.  It is possible that
that boss has come loose.  Of course, it may be that the bearing has
literally self destructed as others have mentioned.  Some of the axles are
machined onto a castiron casting.  Is it possible the screws/bolts holding
the casting to the frame are loose?  Not sure how your bandsaw is built so
can only offer mechanical options to look for.
