Hi Joe,
What do you mean by a "floating panel in a frame"? I think this is the
answer to a problem/question I have had for a while and didn't know it or
how to explain to ask. I am making a tropical fish characature plaque for
my son's new home and haven't figure out how to hang it yet. Its not done
yet so I figured something would come along eventually to get the job done.
And here it is! ;-)
