There's also a wonderful finish called Tried and True Danish Oil. It's a
polymerized flax seed oil. I use it on my serving and eating spoons.

I would be careful about using any nut oil. Many people have an allergy to nuts
and any nut oil finish will make them have a reaction. Salad bowl finish or
mineral oil do not have any nut oil in them.
